1.1 Modifications to These Terms

The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money casino games on jeeta beat, you must first create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jeeta beat account at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings or bonuses accrued across the duplicate accounts will be voided. The original account may be restored at jeeta beat's discretion subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jeeta beat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify jeeta beat support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. jeeta beat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jeeta beat conducts identity verification ("KYC") as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeeta beat platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jeeta beat supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Processing time: Approximately 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad; up to 30 minutes for bank transfers.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jeeta beat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• jeeta beat reserves the right to impose temporary deposit limits on accounts under review.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once they enter processing status.
• jeeta beat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jeeta beat is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns — including rapid cycling of funds without proportionate betting activity — may trigger a manual review. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be delayed and additional documentation requested. jeeta beat will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Betting Rules

jeeta beat offers pre-match and live in-play betting across a range of sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Test matches, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football (Premier League, Champions League, Bangladesh Football Federation leagues), kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and more. All bets are subject to the following rules.

4.1 Bet Placement

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the jeeta beat system and a unique bet reference number is issued.
• It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended.
• jeeta beat reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time.
• Bets placed on markets that are clearly displayed in error (incorrect odds, incorrect event details) are void and will be refunded.

4.2 Odds and Settlement

All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. jeeta beat endeavours to settle all markets within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed. For cricket matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers or BPL fixtures, settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC).

4.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement; there is a demonstrable technical error in the odds display; the market is suspended due to match-fixing allegations under investigation by the relevant sporting body; or jeeta beat determines that the bet was placed in bad faith using information not available to the general public.

4.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds changes and potential suspension during key moments of an event. jeeta beat cannot guarantee that all in-play bets submitted during periods of high activity will be accepted. Where a bet is not accepted due to an odds change, the unaccepted bet will be returned to your account immediately. jeeta beat is not liable for any delay in in-play bet acceptance caused by your internet connection or device performance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeeta beat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by jeeta beat are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash). Qualifying bet types and minimum odds for wagering purposes are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jeeta beat actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to pass bonus value between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, jeeta beat reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.3 Promotional Period

All bonuses and free bet offers have a defined expiry period, which is communicated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account. jeeta beat is under no obligation to provide notice before removing expired promotional credits.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta beat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identification documents during registration or KYC.
• Opening more than one account, including under different names or payment methods.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit in-play markets, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploiting inside information not available to the public when placing bets.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the jeeta beat platform, servers, or data infrastructure.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeeta beat support staff or other players.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your jeeta beat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. 7.3 Involuntary Suspension by jeeta beat

jeeta beat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing exploitation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the same person.
• Any legal, regulatory, or operational reason that requires jeeta beat to restrict access to the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. jeeta beat will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta beat, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a bet that was not accepted, was voided, or was settled incorrectly due to a technical error subsequently corrected.
• Service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical failures affecting the availability of the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any actions taken by jeeta beat in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations.

jeeta beat makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk. jeeta beat's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall in no event exceed the amount of funds held in your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

8.1 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jeeta beat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, or your use of the jeeta beat platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the jeeta beat platform shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the platform's operating jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through jeeta beat's internal complaints procedure before any external proceedings are commenced.
